neck pain

hurt myself today i think...

but i duno y...
my neck is damn pain...
duno is so called drop pillow or what happen...

just now the ppl dy help me tune back my spine...
but is still pain...
he told me i hurt my muscle and ligament...
so it bcm swollen dy...

haiz...
duno wad happen also till bcm like that...

now really damn pain la!!!!!
cnt even turn my head properly also...
need slowly and tahan the pain only can turn...
how how how?????

yer...tomorrow also duno can recover not...
if not how i m going to work o....
just now at work there also damn san fu dy la...
